How to show Story Points count in Scrum Board column header?

I have scrum board with multiple columns and would like to show the count of story points in the column header. Please note that this is not a kanban board.

There isn't a way to accomplish this OOTB. Maybe there is an addon that supports this but I have never looked for one.
