How to return LIVE status to To-Do state?

I need to return the story that is on a LIVE state as there's is still some work to be don't on it and certain parameters had failed in prod, more dev is required for this.

Currently, this is how my story's workflow looks like.

Please help.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to add a transition to the workflow, going from "live" to "to do".  You should put a post-function on that to "clear the resolution" (set it to "none") so Jira recognises the issue as open again.
