How to hide/ remove "Assign to me" option on a project?

Hi all,

As you know, there is an option "Assign to me" as this pic.

Please help me that how can hide/ remove this option on a project we defined?

We wanna restrict user from assignment.

you can do that editing the CSS (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-hide-the-assign-and-assign-to-me-links-via-css-665421833.html) or adding a javascript in the announcement banner.
