Hi,

 

i have to give description edit access to people in jira,

if i give issue edit access means i the access is not coming for description how to solve it kindly find the screen short.Screenshot_4.jpg

In Jira there is no separate permission for `Description` field. You need to check if,

  • Description field is part of issue edit screen
  • Description is not part of any transition which is limited to specific user or group
  • You are not getting any error in browser related to JavaScript.
