How to give description edit access

Hi,

i have to give description edit access to people in jira,

if i give issue edit access means i the access is not coming for description how to solve it kindly find the screen short.

In Jira there is no separate permission for `Description` field. You need to check if,

* Description field is part of issue edit screen
* Description is not part of any transition which is limited to specific user or group
* You are not getting any error in browser related to JavaScript.
