How to get the security update

Dear Atlassian team,

We have a valid license for Jira Server until February 15th, 2024 and want to update the software to address the CVE-2023-22501 , but there is no possibility to download the software package.  Is there a way to get the newest package for Jira and the other software solutions?

Hello @Jens Lukaschkowitz 

First, to get the updates on the vulnerabilites that need to be patched, you should go to the: https://my.atlassian.com/email then subscribe to the Tech Alerts:

Second, to download the latest version of jira software, you can refer to: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/update

And also to mention:

Starting from 9.13, new Jira Software releases support only Data Center licenses. If you try to upgrade to release 9.13 or later with your Server license, Jira will fail to start, and you’ll need to downgrade to the version you were on before the upgrade.

If you’d like to continue using a Server license, you can upgrade to Jira Software 9.12 version or earlier

Thx for the help. The subscription of the Tech Alerts lets me download the software packages.
