Hi @anjali s ,

I can advise you to try two alternative solutions developed by my team:

1. Converting Gmail emails to Jira issues. The Email&Tasks app will help you with this. This solution will help you save time switching between Gmail to Jira browser tabs and back. You receive an email that needs to be converted into a task - a few clicks in the app, and you're done.

2. Or try the Chrome extension - Issue Creator for Jira Cloud. This multifunctional application includes tools for taking screenshots, adding annotations, recording videos, and a web page editor. But the most important thing is that all the above-mentioned created attachments are immediately added to the task creation form. Ideal for bug reporting or visual feedback.

Try it, and I hope it will be helpful for you!
