How to create Dynamic filter on Assigness names(drop down ) in Scrum baord

I have a scrum board for my team but would like to create dynamic drop down filter with assignee names.

 

How to do the same instead of swimlines and all.Do we have an easy way to do it.

Create quick filters in the board on the assignee name.
