How to assign story points in jira incidents.

Dear

Permissions were assigned to create Sprints within the Scrum board,
but I can not assign "Story Points" in the incidents.

Hi @Maria Isabel Navarro ,

The user will also need the "Edit Issues" permission to ass story points to the issue. They will probably  also want the "Schedule Issues" permission if they will be adding issues to Sprints.

In addition to that indicated by Scott, field history points must be associated with the type of project impact.
