We uninstalled confluence since weren't using it. How do i remove it from the issue view screens?
Its the Related Knowledge base articles section.
Same issue here. We no longer use Confluence and deleted all Application links in Admin > Applications > Integrations > Applications Links. However, all tickets still have a similar message as the first user - "Can't connect to Confluence because the application link is missing. Check the Confluence settings in Application Links."
Is there no way to just remove that , as that error message is throwing everyone off.

Perhaps you have an application link that needs to be deleted? Go into Project Settings by clicking the cog at the lower left and clicking "Configure Project Links" under the Settings section.

I had a confluence link there, so i deleted that and still getting the We're having trouble communicating with the application error.
Do you know of a way to just get rid of the whole Related knowledge base articles section?
