How do I join two statements together?

project = OP ORDER BY Rank ASC and component = "2019 Strategic Objectives" I'm getting syntax error. AND seems to be a plausible joint for a statement, can someone tell me how my filter is wrong?

Welcome to the community. 

You're right about the AND, the problem is just the "order by rank asc" clause - move that to the end of the query.
