How do I impersonate request while using jira jwt authentication? Edited

I have added these scopes to my addon "scopes": ["READ","WRITE","ADMIN","ACT_AS_USER"] .

I added payload to my request like this

var payload = new Dictionary<string, object>()
{
{ "qsh", signed_canonical_requestByte},
{ "iss", "com.xxx.JIRAIntegrations" },
{"sub","xxx" },
{ "iat", issuedAt },
{ "exp", expiresAt },

};

Whenever I do request to /rest/api/2/myself , it is returning addon details rather than xxxx. Could some one help on this?
