We had got Jira version 6.0.6 runnig on local server. So We have got ms db backup(.bak) file for version 6.0.6. How can we import this bacup file to our new jira cloud account?
You can't. Even if you had database access to Cloud (you don't), it's not using MS on the back end so the backup is in the wrong version, and the version of Jira is too different to be able to read your data.
To get your current server on to Cloud, you need to upgrade it to 8.1 (remember you must go through 6.4, 7.0 and 7.13 before 8.x), then export it to XML using the built-in backups, and upload that XML on to Cloud.
