As an administrator, I want to create email notifications for overdue issues, or even "due in next xxx" issues. But overdue is not a supported event for default notification triggers.
Is there any way to make such configuration?

We use issue filter subscriptions. This allows us to place any criteria we want and the team members that subscribe to the filter will get a notification and it will have all the issues in it that meet the filters requirements.
