Hi, on my board, I'd like to "Group By" a filter label.
How can I achieve this? Also, my "board settings" link is not there. I only see "Manage Rules"
I did reference this article before posting: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-a-board-764477974.html
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
It means that you created a next-gen project. The board for this project can not be configured like Jira Software boards.
You would need to create a new board. But still you will not be able to group by labels.
You can find more info about boards here:

Hi @Mark_Jaundoo,
it seems, you created a next-gen board. Look at this page for documentation:
As far as I know, you can't create a quick- or group-by-filter using a next-gen board.

Our team would find this feature super valuable, too.
We don't allocate issues to Epics all the time, but will assign a label, as this is more flexible regarding duration of the issues assigned to the label vs a shorter lived Epic.
So is this something that is on the roadmap for next gen and will be added at some point?
Cheers
