Filter with two keywords

Hello Everybody,

I am trying to do an advanced search with two keywords.

I use labels in (abc, xyz) but unfortunately my results only show tickets with the keyword abc and ignores the second keyword.

why is that and how can i solve this problem?

even with the standard search it does not work.

Thanks for your help

If you have not tried it already, please test, labels in ("abc", "xyz")

tried it, same result

I have tried the exact same query in my environment and it works for me.
Are these labels in one project?

is the query, in you example the whole query och just a part of a longer one?

the keywords are in the project. if i just search for "abc" it shows me all the right tickets, same for xyz. But if i use both it won´t work anymore. don´t know why.

never had problems with that

unsure if it helps, but maybe there is a need of indexing the project or the database.
i suggest you start with the project.

try to use it:

1) labels in (abc) OR labels in (xyz)

2)labels in (abc) AND labels in (xyz)

1) same result as always

2) error that no tickets were found

Are you sure issues with 2nd label exist?

Are you sure you have access to view them?

for both question yes.

it shows me all tickets with the labels, also those tickets which has another label

it seams that if i use "labels in (abc, xyz)" it will search for "abc" OR "xyz"

yes, it will search for issues with either first or second label.

also there might be some trailing space in your second label, so you can try clicking it from issue which contains it to go into JQL with it to be sure you are typing it correctly

From reading your other reponses, it seems like you have a mistake with your XYZ label - are you sure they

a) exist

b) are visible (ie you have permissions)

a) yes, both labels extis. there are about 200 Tickets for each label. like i wrote if i search for each label it works fine, but if i combine the labels it doesn't work the way it should.

b) yes, i have all permissions (admin rights)

Works for me -> are you on cloud or server? Are you aboslutely sure you have the label spot on ?

(see attached screenshot)1115861.png

could find my bug. there is just no ticket with both labels together. if I use another 2nd label it works fine.

Thank for your help

okay, I am sorry, I was not really informed. there is really no ticket with both labels. if i use the suggestions you gave mit with "labels = abc AND labels = xyz" it works if i use another label for the second one.

thank a lot for your help. relly appreciate it.
