Email Notifications for Custom Field

Hi,

My manager has created a field as QA, and whenever he assigns a jira ticket to me I don't get email notification. I get email notification only if ticket has my name in Assigned To field. What should I do to get email notifications. 

Also, i am not admin.

Hi @Shalini Patnaik , i'm a bit confused. You mention the "Assigned To" field. I'm unfamiliar w/ that field. I am familiar with the "Assignee" field. Maybe Server version uses this nomenclature, unsure. Do you happen to have both fields?

Hi @JA What I meant was "Assignee" field. But my question is to get email notification when ticket is selected through "QA" field and not "Assignee".
