Do webhooks work in Next gen projects?

I know the whole workflow thing went away so I'm wondering how I can trigger a web hook when an issue gets created or moves columns. 

Next gen has some automation, so perhaps that something in the future?

Ultimately, I'm trying to integrate with MS Teams without using the existing 3rd part install.

Hi Allen,

on our Jira Cloud instance under the Jira Settings -> System -> Webhooks there is now an option to create webhooks for issue events matching an arbitrary JQL, that includes any nextgen projects as well. Cloud reference is here and server reference is here.
