Hello everyone,
When we create an issue the assignee receives an email notifying its creation, what we would like to know is if it is possible that when we create an issue with very high priority there is a way to differentiate them from the rest since several assignees receive hundreds of emails a day and sometimes they tend to miss this type of issues.
Regards.
Hi @Pedro J_ Acosta ,
my suggestion is to customize email template in creation adding PRIORITY in the email subject.
This approch will allow users to have evidence of high priority issues.
In order to customize email template, in JIRA service, you could read this documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/templates-separate-issue-notifications-and-other-events-976770774.html
Another approach is to setup issue subscriptions just for high priority issues ().
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hello Fabio,
I am going to try to configure a subscription to see if it works for the client, thank you very much for the help.
Regards.
