Customer Servey - How to change the options?

Hi Community,

I'm really interested to change the question for customer satisfaction (provided by Service desk.

At the moment I can see and edit the question but can't change the options for the reply.

Is this something possible?

Hi @Humberto Gomes , 

sadly, those options are fixed and cannot be changed. 
There are some options available through the marketplace though if you want more extensive Customer satisfaction Surveys for Jira Service Management.
