Change a board/project

I Can't change a board from one project to another.
I know where the frame location changes, but the project that I want to do this does't appear in the project search drop down bar.

I understood that you are not being able to select a specific project in the location field of your board settings. Is it correct?

Both Kanban and Scrum projects can be selected to use a software board. Can you check if the project you are trying to select is a Business, SD or Next-gen project?

The two types mentioned above (Business and Next-gen) use a different kind of board with their own settings, while Service Desk use queues.

Indeed, JIRA Next-gen projects were configured to have only unique entities, having only a single Board and schemes.
