Cannot click on top menú, some projects not working well

Hi,

Some issues:

1.- The project does not display anything and top menu is not clickable

2.- infinite thinking... when i assign working hours from: any project>any task>menu more>resgister working hours

Xus, 

1. Did you recently perform any upgrades or migration on Jira prior to this occurring? 
2. When you open Developer Tools > Network tab in your browser, especially with the loading page, can you let me know what errors you see? 
3. Does the top issue appear in all browsers and versions, or only specific ones? Does this occur with all projects in Jira? Does it also occur when you disable all add-ons in your browser as well as in Incognito/Private browsing?
4. What errors do you see in your Jira logs when trigging the issue?
5. Lastly, what server are you running Jira on and what is your database type and version?
