I saw the option but getting an error no plugin available and shows deprecated for us.

I have seen the ScriptRunner option not load after updating both plugins. Atlassian's official suggest to me was to disable and re-enable ScriptRunner and that does seem to work.

Yes! There's a "Scheduled" trigger option, and you can click on a link that says, "use cron expression" and it will display as follows:
