We didn't make any changes in the settings but board columns and sprints disappeared by itself, epics not showing in backlog.

What is the reason of this Jira's behavior and how we can restore our information?

Thanks.

Did someone deleted the filter which was fetching issues for the board?

Basically the board shows the issues being fetched by the filter, it seems the filter has been deleted, could you confirm?

The cause of the issue is that one of our test engineers have performed the following action: she's added one column on the board and then deleted this column.
One column has been deleted but all columns have been disappeared.
I've restored all our columns on the board and all information (epics, sprint) displays correctly.

That's strange as adding / deleting new columns should not affect other issues in the board or remove them from the board. But glad that it's fixed.
