list of entries in block format on screen

Hello community,

I have lots of checkboxes in 1 columns on a screen. How can I bring them in block format with 5 entries in a block in a mask?

I'm afraid you can't do it without (unreliable and hard to maintain) javascript hacks, or changing the source code that renders the screens in Jira.
