Is it at all possible to make resolution comments visible on jira service desk cloud
Out of the box the customers cannot see the value of the Resolution field. It is possible with the Cloud app that we created - Advanced Portal Reports.

Using our app mentioned above it is possible. Out of the box unfortunately it is not.
