Deleted user Sep 23, 2020

Hello,

I am new to atlassian community.

My colleagues have the queue link above the channels, but I cannot add it.

Are you an agent in the JSD project? Can you be assigned issue in that project?

Deleted user Sep 23, 2020

yes, I can be assigned to an issue, I just cannot see the queue

Go in search issue and then open Click  the "Switch Queues" and at the very bottom is "Keep menu open".

@[deleted] ,

As said, if u cannot see the queues there are 2 options:

1) you don't have an Agent license assigned to u

2) JSD is not installed.

Since your colleagues do have the queues it seems more like the 1st one. Could you have an admin check your Application Access? Also check if u have the SLA's on the issue and things like that. (as they are JSD specific)

You have to press "Keep menu open" WHILE displaying queues.

Hi @[deleted]  and welcome to the community!

Do you have a Service Desk license linked to your account?

Queue's is a feature specific to Service Desk and requires you to have Application Access/Product Access for JSD.

If you only have Jira Software linked to your account you will not see the Queues.

You will be able to browse the project/see the issue based on your permissions but might not have the features. Same goes for example for viewing the SLA's on an issue.
