Iam using Time to SLA app/ plugin and i have configured SLAS and notifiers to send email notifications. Below are two issues iam facing.
1) Email notifications are not sent once SLA is breached.
2) In case email notification is sent there is delay (Ex: SLA got breached after 1 hour however email notification is sent after 2 hours).
Kindly assist for resolution.
