Unable to access Project URL. How can I submit a trouble ticket? Or phone JIRA directly?

Based on your information, I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support - ( for further assistance.

Also - You can also check the latest status of Atlassian Cloud products -

From the above link, there was an incident dated this morning (Nov 29, 2022) where it started yesterday where some users were getting  500 errors when accessing JSM/Jira/JWM sites.

Yes, I did see the outages from yesterday. May have impacted us, but how will I know? Who can I talk to?

Also, I might be missing something but. How do I submit for support on the support site?

Are you able to access Jira Service Management via ?

Are you on a Free or Paid plan?

Do you have product access for JSM?
