I created a new project with Jira Service Management but I can't link tickets.
The button in the issues queue ask to input the issue for linking, but after click to apply, the system returns an error:
I inspected the request return and the status code returned was 403.
Also, I tying linked issue from the button in the ticket detail, but it doesn't work either:
The project has the linked issues active and it has the permissions:

Open the ticket in New page.
I just linked a Jira Software ticket and another JSM ticket.
There is no incident reported in Status page regarding these kind of issues.
Can you please clear cache and History of browser , and try once, I think you are on Free Plan right , it's difficulty for raising a support request to support desk.
