SLA Everbreached() function returning an issue for both = and !=

alan_treston November 12, 2020

I've got an SLA for "Time since last response" which resets every time someone responds to the customer. I have a report which has one series which shows all bugs = Everbreached() (that one works just fine). However where bugs had a SLA breach, but are currently not breached they also show on the filter when I set it != everbreached(). This means these bugs are reporting both on the "Breached" list and "Met" list which is double-counting and not what I want.

How can I have it so I can filter out all bugs that have ever breached the SLA in question?
