We are trying to pull events where a user is deleted or given additional access but we cannot see who is making the changes. Is there a configuration that needs to happen?

Jira Cloud offers Audit logging but it needs a subscription with Atlassian Access.

Maybe this already helps or at least it points in the right direction as for why you are not able to see the audit log.Do you have a subscription with Atlassian Access?
