We want to move Jira Service desk database from onpremise to cloud.

 

Any tips for the easiest way?

The easiest way would be using Help Desk Migration app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=help%20desk%20migration

It requires no coding experience to upgrade from on-premise to cloud version. The tool will move everything for you automatically.

There is also a free demo migration option for the users to test the migration beforehand.
