Manage apps not loading - spinning

Trying to uninstall apps, and the manage app just keeps spinning and spinning.

None of the apps I have installed are working, 3rd party, so I'm just going to delete them and I can't even do that. 

Am I missing a setting to make them work for anyone else but me?

If not, how can I get the manage apps button to stop spinning so I can delete them?!

Two ideas come to mind. 

  • You may need to input payment information even though the apps are free. 
  • You can submit a support ticket with Atlassian (Atlassian Support). It may help to provide the network traffic (HAR) in that support request. You can generate the file by following the below steps.
    1. In your browser of choice, open the control (⋮) window, select "More Tools" -> "Developer Tools" or simply use the shortcut CTRL-SHIFT I.
    2. Open the Manage Apps page.
    3. Clear all unnecessary network data by selecting the no symbol (like a flipped version of Ø).
    4. Start the recording by pressing the circular button to the left of the no symbol. Ensure that it is a glowing red.
    5. Click on one of the app's headers to display details of the app.
    6. Wait a minute or so and stop the recording by selecting the circular button again.
    7. Click the down arrow button(⤓) to download the HAR file.
