I cannot create a project

Hello,

 

Please help top create a project, it says I have no permissions, though I am the account owner.

Hello @Hovhannes Terteryan ,

You might not have Administer Jira permissions. Navigate to Jira Administration -> System -> Global Permissions and see if you have permission for Administer Jira or if you are in one of these groups.
