Welcome to community. Have you tried a different browser? Is this issue occurring with other users or just your account in all browsers? Does it occur when using incognito mode?

Thank you for your response! I had tried other browsers. After much frustration, I was informed that our tech team was running some behind the scenes work with Jira and this is causing the issue. I am assuming all the trouble is caused by this.
