Hello,
We print out the ticket by going to three dots>print, which brings us to a html page, then we save it to pdf file.
But the print page has a lot of unnecessary rows we never used, see attached. I guess they are default settings, is there any way that we can delete certain rows from the print page?
Thanks in advance,
Jen
Jira Cloud's built-in exports are not customizable. (Atlassian in general is not in the business of exporting Jira data out to any format, so the default export options are always very basic.)
If creating a professional-looking PDF document that can be tailored to your needs is important to you, one option you can try is Better PDF Exporter for Jira Cloud.
It comes with templates that cover many typical use cases, but those are also easy to modify so you can remove the content you don't need or add something more important.
(Please note that Better PDF Exporter is a paid and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)
Better PDF exporter does NOT have any possiblity to show data from any third party apps. This is a BIG problem if you e.g. have all your customers in a CRM app, or data in a tables app and want to print tickets including this information.

Has Jira allowed for this Print HTML page to be customizable? I don't understand why they would allow exporting of my own data in a format that I/we would like to utilize.
