How to disable customer satisfaction (CSAT) for certain request types or issue types?

Is there a way to configure customer satisfaction feedback to only be sent when resolving certain request types or issue types?

Hi @Evan Teguh 

Unfortunately this is not possible out of the box, it is either 'on' or 'off'.

There are apps in the Marketplace that add additional functionality to the CSAT so you might want to look at those.
