Hi,
When exporting a result list to CSV after a search, the field Reporter seems to contain correct name only if the field includes a user with access to the sight.
Not if the user only is a customer in an organisation in a Service Desk Project.
In the latter occasion the field contains for example “qm:d129efd0-2bd0-40c0-8971-567b009f9c1c:7b09a532-3f21-4104-af1c-ff14f47c8712”.
Is this the case, and if so - why? Is there a work around for this?
Thankful for any tip.

Hi Catrine,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Due to GDPR that was implemented last year, to protect customers' information, when exporting issues, it won't show their full name or email.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
As a workaround, you can use an add-on that uses API to get the username by customers' email.
Regards,
Angélica
Not sure Atlassian has fully implemented this. Names using roman alphabet are in the format as above but names in Polish alphabet for example are fully visible.
