Hello,
We have set up an automation that would leave a public comment when the issue has spent some time in the "Waiting for Customer" status.
Is there any way to disable the notifications for this automated public comment for internal users (and leave them on for the customers, of course)?
The only thing related to the notifications on comment is under the "Notification schemes" section. But there's a general "Issue Commented" event, so I'm afraid that turning this off for internal users will prevent ANY of the comments from triggering notifications, which we do not want.
We want only to disable a certain notification that comes from automation - and disable it only for our team, not customers.
I don't believe there is any way to control public comments at that granular level. Public comments go to all vested parties.
