This is my first question in the community so sorry if i miss something.
This morning i want to create a issue for one of my customer but i can't create it because i always got a error message concerning the desired date.
If i try to create a issue in the year 2020 i have the same problem.
Do you have an idea for fix that ?

You are using the correct format and I was not able to recreate the issue on our cloud site. What happens when you use the date picker on the side, are you able to get it to work? I am wondering if it is a browser cache issue, have you tried a different browser or clearing your cache?

Here the answer to your question :
The format i use is "d/MMM/yy" as you can see on the screenshot.
I try entering the date manually or using the calendar and both give me the same issues.
I try with Chrome, Edge and i have the same problem.
And yes i clear my cache :)
