Customers disappear after adding to project.

Question

Hello,

I created a Jira service desk board and for weeks everything has been fine in terms of customers having access. But today I noticed that all of my customers on one particular board have disappeared and every time I add a customer their name disappears after refreshing the page.

Any help on this would be great.

I noticed that there are other posts about missing Customers today within the last hour or so.  There must be something going on

Like @Andrew Herman  says there seems to be something general going on as we see more and more questions about this popping up.
