Customer Notifications

Hi,

Is it possible to change the 'Request Created' Notification message depending on the time that the request is created?

We have a different process depending on if the issue is logged during business hours or if it is logged Out of Hours and i would like the notification that it sent to the customer to be reflective of the process.

@Dan Allenby There is nothing like that in the delivered product.  I would suggest looking at JEMH.  It allows you to customize your notifications and you might be able to do something like that with a scriptlet.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4832/enterprise-mail-handler-for-jira-jemh?hosting=cloud&tab=support
