Is it possible to change the 'Request Created' Notification message depending on the time that the request is created?
We have a different process depending on if the issue is logged during business hours or if it is logged Out of Hours and i would like the notification that it sent to the customer to be reflective of the process.
@Dan Allenby There is nothing like that in the delivered product. I would suggest looking at JEMH.
