I'm wondering if it's possible to setup custom fields where if a customer selects an option from one custom field then it will display a new custom field in the form.
So example, we created a custom field called location and there are three options they can choose from. If they select the option "remote" we then want to display another custom field labeled Mailing address to ship equipment. But we only want to display that field if they choose Remote from the previous field.
The cascading Select List isn't quite what we're looking for. What I would like to do is if someone selects an option from a select list then underneath would appear a multi line text box where they can type details.

Hi @Daniel Roig I understand but unfortunatelly such functionality is not implemented in Jira Cloud by default.
I found some App which might help you: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215833/proforma-forms-checklist-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
I only checked the video and screenshots and I think it looks promising...
