I have two users who only have access to our atlassian environment. They don't have subscriptions because they don't use it. The only thing I want is to share the service management dashboard with them. Fot now I gave them the service management license but this is what they see:
One gadet they can see the other gadget they don't see. Both based on the same project.

For users to be able to view the results of Service Project reports, they must have a service management license and also be added to the role "Service Desk Team" or "Administrators" in the project.
Can you please confirm their permissions in the project?
Are they able to access the Reports directly in the project?
