In an open issue, I can share it with anyone else in the company with the share button. But their names don't show up when I try to add them as watcher. I think maybe I missed something in the config but can't find it anywhere. Any help, please? Thanks.
Hi Terry:
In JSM, you will need to utilize "Requested Participants" field. "Watchers" field is only applicable to Jira project and not JSM/JSD project.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Joseph. I can see the "Requested Participants" in the Field Configuration. But I am not able to add it to the Request form for the Request type. I know there is an open ticket that we cannot add participants when creating an issue. But I don't see the field to add "Requested Participants" on open issue either. How can I do that? Thanks.
