Add in custom signature to email notifications template

In the server version we can setup 'canned responses'

We had one saved for each agent as a signature to put on the end of the update.

In cloud this function no longer exists, so I was wondering if we can set up signatures in the email template itself. The only thing i need is for a variable field that I can enter so it stamps the name of the agent who has sent this update? Is that possible?
