I'm trying to get a custom field as an option for the Approvers dropdown in a Service Desk workflow. I've built the custom field, set it up as a user-picker, added it to the project, and I can see it as a field option when generating request types on the client portal.
I'm not seeing this custom field as an option in the Approvers dropdown, though. I've reviewed quite a few articles on similar issues, but I haven't been able to find anything relating to this specific problem.

The custom field should be of type multi-user picker.
Have you selected the correct type. ?

Thank you for the reply. The field is set to "User Picker (multiple users)".
