I am trying to update the email addressed used to send emails to individuals who raise tickets to our service desk. We configured the email that will create tickets, but now need to update the email address that responds when a ticket is created.
I entered the same email address that we are using to create tickets. Why does it say that it failed DKIM Validation for this Domain? How do I fix that?

Before Atlassian can send email from an email address on your domain, you need to validate that you own the domain. This error indicates that you have yet to do that. Check out this documentation for a little more information!
