Hi,
i would to update Jira Service Desk issue Customer field automatically based on email domain.
I've already achieved to extract the reporter email address domain via Script Runner and saved on a scripted field "Reporter Email" and now i have the value available in custom field value.
Now i want to create a rule for each Service Desk customer based on multiple email domains with a "like" or-or-or-or JQL but i cannot find how to update automatically the Service Desk customer via builtin Service Desk automation or Jira Automation Lite.

Automation lite is limited with field's, you should try the paid version of Automation for Jira.
You can install the trial there are no limitations, and see if that works for you.
From my experience, that should fix your problem.
