I have a service desk report for one of our service Desks in Jira that is supposed to display issues created per system but it does not appear to be showing all issues created per system. It should show stats for all our systems which include: MRM, DAM, Jira, Confluence, Slack and Other. But for some reason it is showing MRM, DAM, Jira, Confluence, HipChat and Other. We recently retired the option of HipChat and added Slack but it does not appear to be showing...
We've definitely created tickets that have Slack as the option in System field but none of them seem to be displaying...anyone have any ideas as to why this is? Here are my report settings:
